GO BOLD: NPC Shoots Dorito Promotion on Thanksgiving

Beginning at 6AM on Thanksgiving morning, three producers,NBC clients, and two-camera crews descended onto Acord Field in Ben Avon just off of RT-65 outside of Pittsburgh. Our mission? Recruit a willing candidate from the Ben Avon/Emsworth community’s Thanksgiving morning Turkey Bowl. We asked numerous folks there on the field if they could say goodbye to family and friends, jump on a corporate jet and fly directly to Baltimore for the evening Steelers-Ravens game, all expenses paid by Doritos! Part of Doritos GO BOLD, NOW OR NEVER national campaign, the choice was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience NFL football like never before.

After 18 hours of shooting on Thanksgiving and 25 hours of editing during the next two days, NPC’s Greg Daniels (editor), Audra Zecchini (producer), Anastasia Farmerie (production coordinator) and Mike Rajakovic (sound engineer) produced this 90-second “brand activation” video for online distribution by the NFL, Doritos and NBC Universal.
